Modern/Pirc 4.Be3 c6-TWIC 962

Introduction 4.Be3 Anti-Pirc

TWIC 962
The 4.Be3 method is a popular way to play against the Modern/Pirc. Veteran GM Ehlvest held firm with a dark square based defence in rd8 of the recent Dubai Open. Khotenashvili got nowhere with piece play and lost the sharp RN-RN ending eventually.

Here is the feature game.

Position 1
The ending is sharp but intuitively black is doing well as the g,h pawns are ahead of their queenside counterparts and white's king is passive. What do you recommend for black now?
