Alekhine’s Defence Four Pawns Attack 5..g6-Background

Alekhine’s Defence Four Pawns Attack 5..g6(diagram)

5...g6

Alekhine's Defense players need a way to play against the aggressive Four Pawns Attack. 5...g6 is one such way and is proposed by IM Taylor in Alekhine Alert!(Everyman 2010).

GM Degraeve,JM tried it but was beaten in convincing fashion in rd2 of the Lille Open 2011.
